TrappWallet ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with your use of the TrappWallet mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

2. The Core Principle — We Do Not Custody Your Data or Assets

TrappWallet is a non-custodial application. This means:

• Your seed phrase is generated on your device and never transmitted to our servers
• Your private keys are stored in your device's secure enclave only and never leave your device
• We have no ability to access, recover, or restore your wallet, seed phrase, or private keys
• We do not maintain accounts, user profiles, or identity records tied to your wallet

3. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit:

• Seed phrases or mnemonic recovery phrases
• Private keys or signing keys
• Passwords or PINs
• Personal identifying information (name, email, phone number, government ID)
• Financial account information
• Biometric data — Face ID / Touch ID authentication is handled entirely by your device's OS. We never receive or store biometric data.

4. Information That Is Processed

a) Public Wallet Addresses

When you use the App, your public wallet address is used to query blockchain data (balances, transactions, NFTs, token holdings). Public wallet addresses are visible on the Solana blockchain by design. We do not associate your public address with your personal identity.

b) Transaction Data

When you initiate swaps, sends, or other on-chain actions, transactions are broadcast directly to the Solana network. We do not store your transaction history on our servers — all history is read directly from the public blockchain.

c) Device Information

The App may access standard device information (OS version, device type) solely for app functionality and crash diagnostics. This information is not linked to your wallet address or identity.

d) Usage Analytics

We may collect anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve the App. This data cannot be used to identify individual users or wallets.

When you use features powered by these services, your public wallet address and relevant request data may be sent to them. We do not control their data practices.

6. Local Storage

Certain data is stored locally on your device only:

• Your encrypted wallet (protected by your PIN / biometrics)
• Your hidden NFT list
• Your app preferences and settings

This data never leaves your device through our systems.

7. Children's Privacy

TrappWallet is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has used the App, please contact us immediately.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect the App and its users. However, no system is completely secure. Because TrappWallet is non-custodial, the security of your funds depends primarily on your own protection of your seed phrase and device security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
